One of the greatest challenges facing the corporate world is employee retention. This coupled with the already existing issue of getting the right candidates for a position makes it very difficult for companies to strike the balance between rewarding good employees and ensuring that they get the best of average performers. Human resource departments in conjunction with business heads regularly come out with incentive breaks schemes through cash and kind but these do not seem to be enough in a scenario where teamwork and coordination is becoming so crucial to ultimate success of a business.
