Comfortable in Your Skin Whether You Are Biracial or Monoracial

Whether a child is biracial or monoracial they should affirm, and feel comfortable in their own skin. They must self-identify and love who they are. Biracial children do not have to choose one ethnic group or race over another. They can claim to be who they are, biracial. There is a myth that biracial children will have psychological problems just because they are biracial. They do not have to accept, claim or own this stereotypical myth.
