Dangerous Driving Offences

Road traffic law in the UK states that dangerous driving offences are defined by two main aspects. Firstly anyone could be considered a dangerous driver if they are in control of a vehicle but seem to have the inability to drive in a safe manner. Secondly, if someone is driving a vehicle that seems to be dangerous and deemed not road worthy, they can also be charged for dangerous driving because of the danger they pose to other motorists (for example, their car could be unsafe which caused their to wheel fall off and cause a accident).
