A public toilet in Old Windsor in Berkshire is set to be transformed into a base for local police units. The renovated structure will include a council office, an information stand and two shiny new bathrooms for the public to use and the finished item will allow local police to spend more time in the area of the village. The local community is hoping that the work will be completed in the next ten weeks. The centre will cost around ?55,000 and it has been given the go ahead by Windsor Council.
