In case you missed them, Newsies is the "King of New York!" with eight nominations, Newsies is celebrating in a big way as the little show that the Fansies brought to Broadway. Based on the 1992 Disney film flop starring Christian Bale, Bill Pullman, and Ann-Margret, this movie has been given new life at the Nederlander Theater with a fresh score by Alan Menken and book by Harvey Fierstein. Our student groups that have visited New York City this spring have loved this show from start to finish and always leave singing and dancing.
