Foods That Decrease the Effects of ADD/ADHD

Research shows that eating certain types of foods spaced throughout the day, will increase brain flow to the brain, and substantially decrease both the tired feeling shortly after lunch and allow the brain to focus and attend to tasks. Refusing to eat a well-rounded diet that includes fruits, veggies, meat and dairy products can result in a child who is not getting the needed nutrients and vitamins essential for growth, concentration, attention, memory and a healthy body.
