One of the most common issues that people worry about nowadays is height. Tall people tend to be more liked and admired by society, and therefore they stand a better chance of being succesful in life. Many people believe that height gain cannot be achieve after a certain age, which is 18 for girls and 21 for guys. How does one increase height after 18?
